Hey everyone! Happy Tuesday! :)
Sorry that I have not been able to write in the past couple of weeks. School work has taken over my life, litterally speaking! The past few weeks have been extremely tiring and I have not even had time for myself.
Midterms have started this week and I really should be studying for some of my classes, but I know I'm up to par with what I need to know for all my classes. However, the past few days I have been facing one battle...sleep! Lately, with all the studying and homework I have become extremely tired...where all I want to do is sleep. If I were to go to sleep during the day, I would not get up for almost 5-6 hours. Sometimes I end up falling asleep on my way to my 9:40 class on the 7 train. My mom says its the effects of late evening classes on Monday and Wednesday and that is the reason why I am becoming so tired. I hope it goes away soon.
The work load is getting extremely tougher. I feel sometimes I'm still behind in my work even though I might understand and read all the material that I need to for the class. Maybe its just anxiety of doing well in my first semester of college. Yesterday, in English I recieved my first A- on my english paper that I worked so hard on. Honestly, I thought I might have gotten lower than a B since I felt it was not college material, but whatever it is, I am extremely happy!! :) I'm gonna do my best to keep with the good work and aim higher!
Anyways, back to studying for midterms! Will post soon :)
